Post-Quantum Cryptography [Organized by Ryann Cartor and Angela Robinson]

Lattice-based cryptography is one of the most prominent candidates for post-quantum cryptography. Indeed, in the past decade, cryptographers were able to construct cryptographic primitives involving lattices that are both efficient and supposedly quantum secure. In this talk, we will revisit the basics of lattice-based cryptography and focus in particular on algebraically structured lattices, used to improve the efficiency of the schemes. More precisely, we will talk about module lattices in the context of reduction algorithms, and see how the well-celebrated LLL algorithm can be adapted to module lattices.
