WIMIN 2023 will be held at Smith College on Saturday, September 23, 2023.  WIMIN (Women In Mathematics in New England) is the longest-running conference for women in mathematics in New England. Hosted at Smith College every fall since 2009, WIMIN brings together over 100 students and faculty of all genders for a one-day gathering in mathematics and statistics.

This year’s conference will begin with a production of the play Diving into Math with Emmy Noether. The plenary speakers are Melody Chan (Brown University) and Karamatou Yacoubou Djima (Wellesley College). There will also be parallel sessions with student speakers, a panel discussion, and networking/mentoring/social activities.

Registration is free and helps the organizers plan for the event. To register submit an abstract for a talk, or view the schedule, visit: https://www.science.smith.edu/wimin/.
