There are over a hundred AWM Student Chapters worldwide making waves in the mathematics community.
Membership in Student Chapters is open to all regardless of gender identity or expression, race, color, religion, age, national origin, sexual orientation, or disability. Check out what the chapters are up to and see how you can get involved or start one below.

How do you start a Student Chapter?

Becoming an AWM Student Chapter is easy! Sign up for a Student Chapter Institutional Membership or add-on.  The $100 fee includes complimentary membership for one faculty advisor and all members of your student chapter.  In addition to purchasing a Student Chapter add-on, your AWM Student Chapter needs:

Need to renew your Student Chapter for this year?

Each year we ask that you renew your Student Chapter Institutional Membership. This will cost your department $100, but it will help make sure your chapter remains connected to  and engaged with the rest of the Student Chapter network and keep you informed about the opportunities and activities offered by AWM.
