Consent to Publish Form

Thank you for your submission to the AWM Newsletter. 

Authors for all Newsletter material except ads sign the Consent to Publish form, which grants AWM a license to publish the work. Articles may be lightly edited to match the newsletter style. Authors retain their copyright and may use the work afterwards in any way they  like, preferably with a citation to the newsletter issue in which the original appeared.

To electronically sign the Consent to Publish form, click on the green box on the right of this page. The link will take you to a Google form titled “AWM Newsletter Consent to Publish Form”, where you will supply information about the piece you are submitting and acknowledge that AWM has the right to publish the piece.
